5. 支持新产品发布，老产品退出，准备相关市场资料

Support new product launches, phase out old products and prepare marketing material

6. 制定本地化产品系列，支持和追踪本地化进程。

Define product portfolio for localization and support and track localization process

7. 参与新产品和新技术的市场推广

Market promotion of new product & new technology;

8. 作为销售和研发之间重要项目的内部项目牵头和协调人

Internal project lead for strategic developments and coordination between R&D and sales

9. 观察和追踪在数字化和物联网方面的新技术

Observe and track new technologies in the area of digitalization/IOT

任职要求：

1. 坦诚，开放，自我激励；

Honest, open, self-motivated;

2. 很强的技术产品认知，优秀的沟通/适应协调能力；

Strong acknowledge abilities of technology and product, excellent communication, moderation and coordination skills;

3. 能与其它部门及目标客户合作良好；

Good cooperation with other departments and customers;

4. 本科学历或以上：电机，机电一体，机械，电子，空调通风，制冷，工程；

University degree or above in the field of motor, mechanical & electronics, electronics, VAC, refrigeration, engineering, automation;

5. 至少3年的相关工作经验；

At least 3 years similar working experience;

6. 具备统计、分析的良好知识；

Very good knowledge in statistics & analysis;

7. 出色的表达及适应能力；

Excellent presentation and moderation skills;

8. 精通普通话/英语（口语，书写），会德语优先；

Fluent in Mandarin/English (written & verbal), German is plus;

9. 熟练使用计算机；

Good Command of Computer skills;
