工作任务 Tasks:

1.       参照总部标准建立公司有关装配工艺开发的标准以及相关的程序文件。

Build epCN assembly process development system/standard and management procedure document according to epM standard and requirement.

2.       按公司国产化和新项目的要求，负责组织新产品装配可行性评审和新产品装配工艺文件编制，编写生产设施和装备技术要求, 参与工装设备设计并负责工装设备的验收。

Responsible for leading new product assembly feasibility analysis and create assembly process document according to localization and design in project requirement, and creating machine/equipment SPEC, take part in the machine/fixture design and acceptance checking.

3.       组织新装配工艺开发和工艺导入，参与装配设备供应商的评审。

Responsible for new assembly process development and introduction, join the new assembly machine supplier development and evaluation.

4.       改进现有的装配工艺，例如，压装，拧紧，焊接等.

Improve current assembly process, e.g. pressing, screwing,welding, etc,.

5.       对公司其他部门的工作提供有效的支持.

Provide support to other department when required.

6.       完成上级交代的其他任务

Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求 Requirements:

1.       机械设计及自动化相关专业本科或以上，至少两年以上工作经验。

College degree or above major in mechanical design and automation or equivalent, with at least 2 year’

relevant experience.

2.       熟悉电机装配工艺。

Familiar with motor or fan assembly process.

3.       具备装配工艺开发、装配设备开发和项目管理方面的经验。

Experience with assembly process development, assembly machine building and project management is must.

4.       具有强烈的责任感和工作主动性。

Solid sence of responsiblity and self-motiveted.

5.       良好的交流和协作技巧。

Good communication and coordination skills.

6.       流利的英语交流能力（书面和口语）。

Fluent in English communication (both written & oral)..

7.       熟练使用Microsoft办公软件。

Skilled in MS office software.
