工作职责:
The primary mission of the Product Design Engineer is to transfer customer requirement and turbo function/reliability/cost requirement into component design, complete the design work (both 3D/2D) independently and takes initiative to solve design issues from customer/supplier/manufactory with minimal guidance; Additionally, the Product Design Engineer will also support LE and DEL to drive the design functional excellence activity, in alignment overall group needs and the global functional excellence strategy.



Describe the list of activities/tasks related to the job and Area of Responsibility

?Understand customer package environment with development engineer support if necessary and complete the package study and design review;

? Responsible for design works (both 3D/2D) base on customer demands, include stack up calculation, complex models etc.

? Applies design standards and GD&T on products and continuous improvement the productivity and quality.

? Manages design project schedules and coordinates with team members to meet customer requirement.

? Proficient in design methodologies and tools (ie Light CFD,AnsysWB&Onshape); encourages others in new methods and tools.

? Proficient the manufacture process, applies the design for manufacture, design for cost and design for reliability on daily work.

? Routinely guides and shares knowledge with team members.

? Completes high importance, high priority Design Work in expedited manner while meeting quality and design standards with minimal assistance.

? Communicates with customer and suppliers to provides alternative designs/solutions for project issues and APQP issues, make project move ahead as scheduled.

? Interacts with team members and peers to resolve day to day issues.

? Creates DECO for design tasks.
任职要求:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering



3~5 years relevant experience in mechanical engineering



* Proficient user of 3D CAD for industrial design (both 3D/2D). such as Catia, Pro/E or UG, Onshape is better. Experienced in design of engineering components, both 2D & 3D, Strong knowledge about GD&T and its application, in automotive industry.

*Experience in Design for Manufacturing & Cost;

*Good plan and schedule management skills, familiar with the product design process a plus;

*Good oral and written communication skills in both mandarin and English.

*Technology exchange capabilities with customers, suppliers and management team.

*Good team work spirit.
