Responsibilities:

1. Interpret and implement specifications for products and processes to determine performance requirements to meet customer expectations.

2. Lead process quality problem solving, include setup containment action and root cause analysis.

3. Setup regularly quality meeting and lead team to solve process issue and continue improve the process quality.

4. Develop PQE team problem solving capability and build up team product and process knowledge.

5. Supports new project launch, by collect trial run data to find out problem and work with team to solve it.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in engineering/material related

2. Over 5 years process quality experience for electrical/ mecthronics products in Tier 1 automotive industry within at least 2 years leadership experience

3. Good command of English language, strong at communication with cross function under different business situation

4. Analytical problem solving, project  team membership and decision-making skills

5. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with team to be mature, confident and consistent to be respected
