MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Be responsible for the machine meets safety and ergonomic requirement.

• Be responsible for emergency process breakdown case by utilizing Root Cause Analysis in electrical and mechanical which escalated from production team.

• To support maintenance engineer set up TPM/PM scope/method.

• Troubleshooting on control systems, include PLC, Robot, Tightening, Vision system, Servo system, Grease system, etc.

• To support the implementation of improvement projects and reliability studies to reduce manufacturing/process downtime.

• To support new product/process on designing for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and continuous improvement projects as related to:  Cycle Times & Line Balance, Capacity and Capability.

• To support eliminate all the quality risks during whole process.

• To complete all the guidance documents and provide training to operators and technicians.

• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Good Knowledge of English (Spoken and written).

• Familiar with Automotive industries specification---FMEA, Control Plan and Process documents.

• Solid knowledge in Mechanical/Electronical/Pneumatic application in automotive equipment.

• Familiar with relate applicate software---Servo Press, Screw Tighten, Robot Teach, In-sight etc

• Good communication with internal/external partner, working with high efficiency and result orientation.
