职位描述

  • To perform Quality department activities which consists of ensuring the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.

  • First/Last off check, routine process check for each shift.

  • Report the potential risk regarding process or product to PQE.

  • To assist/coordinate the development, control, calibration, and usage of inspection gages and equipment including training.

  • Process capability studies.

  • Gauge R&r study for online/offline measure equipment.

  • Maintain the boundary sample and conduct the validate for the mistake proofing device.

  • Record and verify the process/product change and continue monitor the performance.

  • Primary analysis for the abnormal and failure parts.
