CCP Games上海工作室在为EVE国服项目招聘一位有热情的游戏产品制作人。该职位将直接向工作室总经理汇报，并负责计划，协调上海的开发团队以实施EVE国服相关的开发工作。

    

CCP上海目前有数个开发项目并在不断扩张中，所有的CCP上海职位都有广阔的职业发展前景。

    

    

工作职责：         

• 对EVE国服的产品负责，贯彻产品愿景及执行开发计划        
• 与各部门领导合作，使用敏捷开发流程，带领并支持产品研发团队的开发工作
• 与合作伙伴密切沟通，与运营制作人及品牌总监紧密合作，将玩家反馈带入到游戏产品开发计划中
• 保持并推动积极的合作气氛，团队精神，保持开发团队的士气

                    

    

任职要求：

• 大学本科或相应学历，理工科优先考虑
• 能够用英语熟练口头及书面沟通
• 深刻理解游戏即服务的理念
• 对中国的端游游戏市场及产品有深刻了解
• 有MMO游戏开发和成功上线及运营的经验
• 有敏捷开发的项目经验，事务安排有条理
• 具备强沟通能力
• 具备正能量，性格乐观，对行业未来有展望
• 能够调节自身应对项目压力
• 有能力主动发现并解决项目的阻碍
