Purpose of position:

  

Responsible for project’s validation, support and guide other team members to fulfil the projects.

  

 

  

Job Responsibilities

  

1. Negotiate with customer our commitment on product validation specification. define and negotiate test cost and responsibility with customer.

2. Support engineer to define and negotiate validation plan in line with project planning and customer requirement.

3. Lead validation phase execution (test method, lab equipment, jigs, external part, report release…).

4. Analysis and communicate the test results to design team and customer, de-bug test issues with test engineer.

5. Propose and validate robust design solution.

6. Release synthetic and efficient reporting to project team and customer.

    

Qualifications:

  1.    Bachelor or above of Mechanical, Material Engineering, or relevant majors. 

  2. At least 5 years’ work experienced in validation of automotive area, 3 years work experience in Automotive lighting.

  3. Familiar with all OEM testing specification and tests equipment.

  4. Good problem solving and troubleshooting capability.

  5. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must. 

  6. Cross-function working attitude and team work spirit.
