Responsibilities

1.Lead and conduct the CR-QRC of ALCN projects, contribute for the risk check, solution proposal, involve HQ experts and local experts in the review and make the CR-QRC reports and distribution, follow up the critical red item with high level risk.

2.Support CR-QRC of other Asia location(ALXG/ALMA/MMM) projects, contribute for the risk check and solution proposal.

3.Involve in the activity of tacit information/knowledge transfer to explicit and support internal standardization tool generation / optimization, benefit design efficiency.

4.lead benchmark lamps analysis activity, contribute for the good ideas finding, and implement in new project development.

Qualifications:

1. University diploma;

2. Preferable 7 years or above work experience of Automotive Lamp Design.

3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;

4. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
