Responsibilities:

Manage Data:

1. Co-operate with SAP team in the process of collecting and processing business data

2. Catalogue, archive, organize data, safe-guard data integrity

3. Supervise data input interface 

4. Perform business analyses as directed by line manager

5. Consolidate data between functions

6. Other work arrangement by line manager

Support efficiency of APAC Business:

1. Develop and maintain reports for continuous improvement of business efficiency in APAC

2. Participate / lead projects related to implementation of new tools and processes or roll-out of global processes into APAC

3. Analyze trends, draw conclusions and decision support materials

Qualifications:

1. Profficiency in MS Excel incluign PowerQuery, PowerPivot. Understanding of SAP and MS PowerBI

2. Profficiency in MS PowerBI, ability to write queries for SAP Business One (or other SAP solution), knowledge of , programming language knowledge, ability to build web solutions integrated with SAP, and other tools

3. Experience in analytical work in finance, sales, supply chain

4. High level of profficinecy in practical application of MS Excel; Experience with business intelligence; Experience with SAP; Profficiency in MS Power BI and SAP Business One; Experience in programming in business application

5. High level of discipline in maintaining error-free calculations

6. Ability to meet deadlines; Openness to work with other regions and cultures; Diligence in spotting errors; Curiosity and looking for continuous improvement

7. Ability to self-train and develop skills in line with new software potential

8. Eager to learn the business essence, understand and respond to customer needs

9. Decire to work in end-to-end business process with open mind to look for inefficiency
