WORK SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Recruitment Partner will be a team worker in the company HR team, works together with an international and cross functional project team, as the Sub-project Leader (for people-preparation) to search, identify, select and hire right people for specific open positions in the expanding manufacturing center within the project timeline. Main tasks include but may not limit to:
-Lead the people preparation sub-project, focus on recruiting right talents for Manufacturing team;
-Implement new sourcing/selection methods (i.e. events, social media, job sites, campuses, new Tech. etc.);
-Partner with hiring managers to define competency requirements for specific open positions, prepare candidates fitness checklist both technical and behavioral evaluation;
-Implement best practices to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the whole interview, selection and employment process;
-Organize regularly meetings with hiring managers to review recruitment status and make hiring decisions;
-Track project recruitment metrics, timely update people preparation efforts and status with global project stakeholders and senior management, may not limit to written or verbal presentations;
-Perform other related tasks as assigned, based on business needs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial related field;

-At least two years hands-on recruitment experience in industrial field, e.g. industrial corporate recruiting experience is preferred, while hunting agency experience is also appreciated, the candidate shall familiar with manufacturing labor market;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews;
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
-Good skills of MS Office, particularly excel and PowerPoint presentations;
-Fluent in English, understanding of German language would be a big plus;
-Self-motivated, business results driven and teamwork;
-Deal with complex issue and facts under international working environment;
