Responsibilities:
1.Drive the display roadmap, define the functions and specifications of the display processing subsystem and each IP module (HDR, gamut and color processing, contrast enhancement etc.), and develop algorithms, improve display performance through modeling and simulations
2.Research and explore the next-gen display technology including 3D display, light field, multi-view, and holograph.
3.Research and explore the cutting-edge technologies and algorithms in the mobile display areas, work with external vendor and universities to drive the algorithm roadmap and bring the highest quality display algorithms to products.
4.Define the optimal job partition between SoC and DDIC to achieve the best performance and power tradeoffs.

Requirements:
1.MS/PhD in relevant field (EE, CS), with 8+ years of display algorithm development experience.
2.5+ years of hands-on experience with display technology, including gamut and color calibration, analysis and perceptual interpretation.
3.Deep understanding of mobile display technologies.
4.Knowledge of silicon design, cost estimation for algorithm implementation including silicon area, memory bandwidth, power consumption, and the associated firmware complexity.
5. Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English reading and writing
