1. 协助安排部门的各种会议，并撰写会议纪要
Assist on arranging all kinds of meetings of department and recording meeting minutes
2.协助检索试验相关的医学文献
Assist on searching trial related medical literatures.
3.协助项目经理项目团队执行各项任务
Assist project manager and team in conducting all kinds of tasks.
4.协助项目经理制定试验项目需要的项目文件和相关表格 Assist project manager in designing project documents and form according to projects' need.
5.为临床试验团队提供行政支持
Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department

临床试验相关文档和合同的管理
Clinical trial related documents and contracts management
1. 根据项目经理/CRA的要求，协助研究文件的收集，打印、复印、扫描、盖章和邮寄
Assist study documents collecting， printing, copying,stamp and mail according to the requirements of project managers/CRAs.
2. 协助试验相关合同签署，登记，编号和归档的工作
Assist on clinical trial related contracts signing,tracking,coding and filing.

数据记录 Data recording
1. 每周在Smartsheet上更新受试者入组状态
Update the status of clinical trial subjects on smartsheet per week.
2. 每月在Smartsheet更新临床试验疗效情况
Update curative effect assessment of clinical trials on smartsheet per month.
3. 根据需要更新临床试验和中心信息
Update the clinical trial and site information as necessary

任职要求：
1. 1年CTA经验 at least 1 year's experience on CTA ；
2. GCP指导原则 GCP guidelines；
3. 基本的Microsoft Word和Excel，熟悉数据库的使用 Basic Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with use of database；
4. 药物开发流程 Knowledge of drug development process；
5. 了解临床试验方法 Knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
