Job Responsibilities:

1:  Study the basic chemistry/process knowledge in a good level, to make sure the intended design is adequate to perform all needed operations, and also leave flexibility for future potential expansion.

2:  Evaluate the pros and cons of different design alternatives and make decisions.  Raise process optimization and improvement ideas, and get them reviewed and included in the detailed design. 

3:  Make the design meet Allnex SHE standards and local regulations' requirements. 

• Recommendations from PHA and the team members need to be well considered;

• Make sure the actions&targets from permitting related documents, fi EIA/SIA/OSIA/Energy assessment reports,  are well considered in the detailed design;

• Support the development of new permitting related reports.

4:  Calculate and optimize the consumption of energies/utilities and waste generation, as the input for utilities’ equipment and waste water treatment plant design.

5: Collaborate with Allnex technical experts locally and globally to acquire the needed information, to reach alignment and decision making, to review the detailed design deliverables etc.

6：Collaborate with Engineering Firm:

• Give inputs to Engineering Firm for detailed design;

• Give clarification to Engineering Firm’s request on daily basis;

• Review the deliverables from Engineering Firm timely;

7:  Doing PHA preparation work, and lead PHA sessions with other disciplines engineers during detailed design phase;

8:  Develop operation documents, SOP, batch card, and give training to operation team.

9:  Automation

• Work with Automation engineer for basic DCS configuration;

• Develop interlock lists;

• Develop functional description for batch recipe development;

• Support other digitalization work, fi data historian, MES.

10: Lead commission test

• Develop punch list;

• Lead loop test, interlock test, batch recipe test, water batch test.

11: Lead start-up, and lead the acceptances check by the government departments, fi, energy efficiency. 

Requirements:

1: University graduate with a specific chemical process and engineering degree;

2: >5 years of working experience on chemical industry;  >2 years of experience on the production 

3: Fluent English in written and spoken

4: Process safety knowledge, PHA experience 

5: DCS and batch recipe experience;

6: Flexibility of time arrangement and task assignment;

7: Project(investment> 4 mEuro) experience as process engineer: Design, automation(DCS batch recipe) development, commission test, start-up;

8: Knowledge of chemical simulation software; 

9: Understand new Chemistry quickly;

10: Knowledge on equipment, instrument, utilities' package, WWTP, etc is a plus.
