岗位职责：

1) 根据客户需求/订单/工厂产能制定内部的日/周生产计划；

1) Make daily / weekly production plan based on customer demand/order and plant capacity.

2) 根据NPL部门提供的信息制定新项目样件生产计划；

2) Make new project sample building according to information provided by NPL department.

3) 每周与生产/工艺部门回顾产能和周生产量；

3) Weekly review with AMC & IE department for line capacity and contract.

4) 使用CPT & PPT 工具完成日生产计划和周生产计划；

4) Use CPT & PPT tool to implement daily and weekly production plan.

5) 监控每日生产达成率，并与客户计划&生产沟通确保100% 客户交付。

5) Daily PEFF & Backlog monitor, and communication with CS and AMC to make sure 100% COTD.

6) 均衡化生产的推进

6) Leveling production carry forward.

7) 产能问题的调查回复；

7) Line capacity survey and feedback.

8) 根据DOH 的信息及时调整生产计划满足客户交付和控制合理库存；

8) Timely adjust production plan according to DOH information to meet customer delivery and control reasonable inventory level。

9) 主管交给的其他任务；

9) Other task from supervisor;

任职要求：

1) 5年以上相关工厂计划工作经验， 汽车行业优先；

1) Above 5 years’ experience relate to plant planning, automotive industry is preferred.

2) 熟练操作 ERP软件(QAD or SAP)/ Office/ Outlook 等；

2) Familiar with ERP software(QAD or SAP)/ Office/ Outlook etc.

3) 熟练拉动式生产；

3) Familiar with pull production mode.
