岗位描述 /General Description

负责带领团队完成伟司科中国的进出口合规管理与进出口流程管理，国际运输的过程管理与费用管理，化学品业务相关的合规管理等。

Takes responsibility in leading the team to manage the import & export process and compliance management, process and expense of international transportation and the compliance management of chemical business, etc.

主要责任 /Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 制定并落实日常运营管理指导书与操作手册。
   Make and review the daily working instruction and SOP.
2. 监督并指导下属操作人员完成日常的进出口报关与物流管理工作。
   Monitor and instruct the sub operation staff to complete the daily import and export ops and logistics management.
3. 负责运营相关的服务采购的谈判，比价，供应商评审，以及合同评审与审批流程监控。
   Take responsibility of the service purchase negotiation, price comparison, supplier evaluation and contract evaluation and approval process.
4. 负责国际运输的账单核对与费用支付申请，评估和分析国际运输费用的合理性。
   Take responsibility of the bill check and payment application of international transportation service, evaluate and analyst the international freight
5. 管理化学品相关的MSDS， GHS 标签的制作与合规性。
   Manage the profile or translation of the MSDS and GHS label to keep sure to compliant with the China regulation.
6. 负责化学品相关的注册和登记。
   Take responsibility of register of the chemical products according to Chinese regulation.
7. 下属管理人员的招聘，录用，培训，评估与组织架构改进。
   HR Management of subsidiary including recruit, training and evaluation, review and adjust the organization chart and improvement
8. 其他领导交办事宜。
   Other issues assigned by the reported director and VP.

需求/Qualifications:

1. 教育与经验：本科以上学历，并有五年以上的物流，供应链，采购，项目相关管理经验Education & Experience: Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of relevant logistics, supply chain, purchase and project management experience
2. 语言：大学英语四级，具备良好的读写能力。
   Language: CET4 above with good written and read skill
3. 可以解读公司文件，如安全规定，操作指导书与流程文件。
   Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
4. 具备较好的计算能力。
   Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
5. 具备通用计算机使用能力。
   Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.
6. 熟练使用MS Office软件
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. 具备较好的海关商检事务处理能力与经验，确保公司的合规操作。
   Good experiences and Skill to complete the Customs/CIQ affairs to keep sure the compliance of transactions of Wesco.
8. 良好的团队以及预算管理经验与能力
   Excellent Team and budget management experiences.
9. 丰富的进出口运营经验，熟悉中国国际贸易规则
   Excellent international business operation experiences and familiar with the China business rules.
10. 具备优秀的供应商管理经验，熟悉第三方物流公司运营与业务模式。
    Excellent supplier management experience and familiar with the 3PL management and business mode
