职位描述
Work Activities:
- Assist in set up new companies
- Research different rules
- Liaise with Government entity
- Carry out all the activities and liaise with regulatory authority with regards to legal documents preparation, legalization, attestation, licenses, official approvals and permits as required in setting up a new company.
- Coordinate with legal department with regards to all necessary legal documents content.
- Review and ensure a proper understanding on company legal documents to provide necessary feedback/suggestion to reporting manager
- Offshore bank account opening abroad. (Application, paper works, legal compliance, and submission)
- Documents preparations, legalization and attestation.
Qualifications for Recruitment：
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Business Set Up
- Excellent English skills
Nice to have:
- MBA
- BS in Law
Required Competencies：
- Broad knowledge in Company registration and Tax legislation
- Excellent follow up and execution
- Logical skills and ability to think outside the box
- Budget monitoring
