Execute the package under his responsibility independently.

Ensure the tasks on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Lead project team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction

Coach team/project members with experienced xEV systems knowledge.

-Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

Senior system engineer with experience (at least 5 years) in xEV system design or complete vehicle integration

Strong Knowledge of high voltage vehicle architectures xEV is required

Good knowledge on xEV control strategy and operation strategy

Familiar with key xEV components development, e.g. HV battery or electric motor

Experience in project management, resource plan and problem management

Familiar with international and Chinese national standards for automotive HV systems

Familiar with HV-Safety standard in automotive systems preferred.

Solid knowledge of functional safety and safety criteria.

Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...

Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills.

Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak

-主要任务和职责

Definition of xEV-specific Complete Vehicle and system functional targets

Controlling and monitoring of target requirements, and solution to target conflicts and deviations

Responsible for HV system conceptual layout and function integration

Participant in HV safety concept and vehicle safety operation concept

Preparation / release of the function requirement specification for all xEV related functions, e.g. energy management, torque management, thermal management of HV components, charging functions, HV power ON/OFF etc.

Function Integration of key components, guide and support of reparation / release of the system technical specification

Preparation / release of xEV-specific CV / system DVP, provide high level inputs to HV system validation

Lead technical meetings / committees

Recommendation for functional release at system and module level and release for production for assigned FuSa item scope of work

Transfer of experience / Lessons Learned within team
