岗位职责:

1、参与持续交付方案设计制定；
2、根据域控制器产品运行环境及特点，负责自动化测试部署和自动化软硬件测试环境的搭建及维护；
3、制定并跟踪测试策略、测试计划，制定测试流程和测试规范；
4、具有测试开发经验，有良好的编码风格，负责自动化脚本的编写和维护；
5、负责自动化测试报告管理；
6、分析软件测试工作中的薄弱环节，并有针对性的研发测试工具，提高工作效率；
7、指导开发测试人员测试脚本化和自动化测试系统的使用。

任职资格:

1、有3年以上嵌入式软件产品自动化测试经验；
2、熟练掌握软件测试理论和流程，掌握主流的测试设计方法；
3、熟悉主流自动化测试开源框架和工具（如Robot Framework等）；
4、熟悉Linux、QNX集成测试及性能测试相关工具使用；
5、熟悉shell(window/Linux)、python或perl等脚本语言的开发；
6、善于沟通，良好的团队协助精神；
7、乐于专研，解决问题能力强，能承受一定的工作压力。
