Responsibility
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy, including China and other Asia markets

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and other functions to manage demand forecast

Ensure product delivery and manage the process from placing PO until products are available to sell in the market

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including product suppliers, logistics service providers, distributors, etc. to solve problems related to product supply.

Ensure compliance to the local regulation in terms of product supply, such as drug traceability, drug testing by authority, etc.

Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, as well as train and evaluate vendors

Manage inventory in local markets, and monitor stock turnover and availability

Recommended Education and Key Competency

Bachelor or above degree in pharmaceuticals, business administration, logistics or relevant disciplines.

5+ years related experience in a multinational environment (pharmaceutical industry a plus).

Experience in logistics business functions and QA/RA or related functions will be a plus

Excellent negotiation skills.

Excellent communication (English and Mandarin), organization and presentation skills.

Solid Project Management, synthesis and analysis skills.
