Assistant RA Manager 法规事务助理经理(奶粉/乳品)-German Infant Brand

Task:

  

1. Assist in products registration in order to obtain the necessary authorizations to support a timely launch and ensure the products and activities compliance to related regulations and laws.

  

2. Assist in regulation monitoring and accurate regulatory assessments on new regulations, standards which may impact to company products or operations.

  

3. Support on regulatory consultation to company other functions to MKT, QA, Product, R&D, Production sites and other related departments to ensure food regulation compliance.

  

4. Support on crisis/issue management, especially for the crisis in regards to government authorities.

  

5. Assist in establishing and maintaining good relationships with local governmental authorities and affiliated institutes, industry associations, 3rd party inspection lab, etc.

  

6. Support on other tasks appointed by line manager, such as QA, government affairs, etc.

  

  

Profiles:

  

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in nutrition or food science & engineering

  

2. Experience at least 3 years in this field:

  

? Effective networking with local regulatory authorities, e.g. FDA, CIQ, etc.

  

? Good communication and negotiation with officials and experts

  

? Good skill on technical regulations communication across departments

  

? Knowledge/experience in product registration process, regulatory analysis to business team and regulatory crisis/issue management support

  

? Prior work in Regulatory Affairs is must, relevant experience in infant nutrition category/ diary category is preferred
