工作职责:

1、负责生产设备的全面管理，保证其在良好的状态，满足工厂运营需要，符合国家和公司的要求和规定。

In charge of the overall management of equipment, make sure its operation in good condition with the compliance with local regulation.

2、持续改进现场管理，保持环境整洁，定员定岗；优化单元操作和管理流程，进行相应的人员培训和考核，保证其得到良好地贯彻执行。

With the optimization of operation procedure, continuous improvement on workshop management and labor efficiency, also perform the training program in order for well implementation.

3、对生产设备的状态、可靠性进行不断优化和改进，保证产品质量和现场安全，提高生产效率。

Continuous improvement on liability of equipment in order to ensure the product quality, safety and efficiency.

4、遵守公司GMP/EHS要求，建立和优化相关操作流程，培训并保证严格执行，发现问题及时汇报并主动解决。

Comply with the requirement of GMP / EHS in daily operation; Set up the operation flow system accordingly, and cascade down to workshop with the compliance.

5、制定设备的变更申请，参与质量和安全的评估, 执行所要求采取的措施以降低变更影响。

Issue the change control on equipment and facilities, and involve into the assessment of quality and safety, perform the approved measures in order to lower the risk from the change input.

6、制定生产设备的定期维护计划和安排执行。

Set up the preventive maintenance plan and arrange execution.

7、建立满足设备维护、维修需求的备品备件库存。

Establish the enough spare parts stocks to satisfy requirement of maintenance.

8、配合QA进行客户审计和政府检查，进行报告回复，进行发现项的整改。

Cooperate with QA to conduct client audit and authority inspection, respond report and correct the observations.

9、有效的部门之间的沟通和合作。

Well- maintain the effective communication and cooperation with other Dept.

10、培养和培训下属员工，提高工作技能和工作效率。

Coach the subordinates with well- training in order to improve the team’s skill and efficiency.

11、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

Complete other arrangement by superior.

任职资格:

1.机械、电气或化工自动化等相关专业，大专以上学历

2.熟悉制药设备，设施及相应的管理工作，制药行业工作背景五年以上

3.良好的英语读写能力、计算机良好

4.有较强的领导力意识，能作为团队的表率，指导监督下属工作，对下属员工有工作分配、考核、激励的责任

5.熟悉GMP生产设备设施管理要求
