POSITION SUMMARY

To provide all aspects of responsible legal and administrative supports for Legal Manager and other staff of Asian Legal team in Shanghai.

RESPONSIBILITIES

?        Coordinate and assist with general day to day administrative requirements for Asian Legal team

?        Prepare presentations, letters, memos, faxes and other communication material and use follow-up procedures

?        Administer various contracts & other legal documents and agreements and maintain SharePoint filing system

?        Assist preparing documents as per the Company’s standard format for review and approval

?        Assist translating legal documents between Chinese and English

?        Responsible to process, record and track legal invoices

?        Assist scheduling business travels and make travel arrangements

?        Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

?        Bachelor or above with a major in Law or related area

?        1+ years of intern experience as legal assistant or legal secretary in a law firm or multinational company

?        Operate under minimal supervision

?        Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy during the work

?        Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity & professionalism

Additional Details

?        Written and spoken, business-level fluency in English and Chinese is needed

?        Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
