Finance Related

• In charge of China finance related including GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing, Tax
• Take charge of China customer management (AR overdue chase & credit control)
• Inventory & Cash management in China.
• Support China contract review. 
• Support management team to growth the exiting businesses and develop new business in China

HR related: 

• Employment offer release / Labor contract, 
• HRM - on-boarding/off-boarding process, annual leave maintenance, employee handbook review annually, KPI review
• Payroll Process
• Monthly & weekly HR reports 

Admin Related: 

• Office supplies management, 
• Office contract Management

• 5 Years+ work experience
• Solid finance knowledge
• Bachelor Degree majoring in accounting & finance 
• Average English Communuication skill
• Skillied in Microsoft applications

Preferred:

• Familiar with SAP 
• Can do attitude
• Independent
• Hands-on
