Responsibilities：

1.Communicating with both overseas customers and suppliers for order executing;

2.Placing purchase orders and making follow up;

3.Coordinating with suppliers for factory auditing and quality assurance;

4.Coordinating with logistic service providers for import and export operation;

5. Take care of purchase order and tracking the status of import goods.Maintaining positive relationship with manufacturers;

6.Responsible for forwarder management, freight cost control and booking space, tracking every deliver for Imp& Exp;

7.Be responsible for following up all production related progress;

8.Dedicate into the cases happened in the process of importation and exportation (such as claims, urgent delivery, customer complains for delivery etc.) ;

9.Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement：

I. High command of English,sufficient to work with foreign customers face-to-face independently;

II. 3 years working experience;

III. Good computer skills, familiar with MS office, Internet, e-mail, etc.;

IV. Capabilities of working independently and efficiently and high sense of responsibilities;

V.Must be conscientious and willing to stay in long-term stability;

VI.Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure;

VII.The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter.
