岗位职责：

1、有（拼多多、达令家、贝店、云集）等社交电商、社群运营、互联网店铺运营等工作经验，对于互联网的信息度要有敏锐的嗅觉；须具备较强的掌控能力；

2、研究运营数据和用户反馈，挖掘用户需求，调整运营策略，制订优化方案；找到运营问题并给出有创意和创新性的解决方案，以保证运营绩效的持续提升，并定期出具运营分析报告及改进意见；

3、负责社交电商平台的店铺和产品运营方案、活动、社交平台内容策划，线上和线下推广，不断提升品牌的知名度和粉丝活跃度；

4、关注行业变化，挖掘粉丝需求，及时调整运营方案；

任职要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历；

2、3年以上相关工作经验，2年以上互联网运营管理相关经验；

3、具备大型社交平台运营经验，如小红书、贝店、抖音、有赞、微选等；

4、具备良好的人际沟通、表达能力，工作积极主动，学习、领悟和创新能力强。
