Requirements:

  

1. Analyze customer specifications, coordinate with ME team, plant and product team to finalize the most realistic process assumption and cost.

   分析客户工艺要求，与产品，工艺，工场团队协作，制定最优化的工艺流程与预算目标

2. Provide the innovation teams, the product leader, the quote leader and the production plants with his/her process expertise

   为创新团队、产品工程师、报价工程师及生产工厂提供工艺布置图

3. Propose solutions to optimize the industrial means of production and the Processes（including but not limited to cycle time, operators, efficiency…）

   为优化工装设备费用提出解决方案，优化工艺过程（节拍，人员，效率等）

4. Check the capacity of the production plant and investment plan for new business

   针对新业务，与确认工厂的产能并与工厂确认capex投资计划

5. Draw up a summary of the analysis of discrepancies between the RFQ and the DMS

   新业务与实际开发之间的工艺差异，预算差异分析

6. Collect feedback on suppliers (supplier skills matrix). Set up a technology watch to maintain and broaden his/her expert skills and know-how and to remain informed of the latest technologies, and of the related equipment, and to extend his/her customer/supplier network.

   收集供应商（供应商技能矩阵）的反馈，建立工艺数据库以保持和扩大他/她的专业技能，并保持***和相关设备信息，并扩大客户/供应商数据库

7. Durably develop the group's skills and know-how in all aspects of standardization

Background:

  

1. Auto industrial injection process expert experience at least 3+ years, 5 years with priority;

   至少三年以上汽配行业注塑工艺专家经验，五年优先

2. English skill read, write & listen should be ok, and basic speaking capability;

   良好的英语读写能力

3. Colleague + education background, and basic cost knowledge, science and engineering;
