LCL shipment is the original carpool, the ideal solution for small and medium enterprises which do not have a full container load for their international customers. If you are forward thinking and able to see the opportunities unfilled by the more dominant FCL business, this could be the ideal role for you.

In this role, you will increase the number of LCL e-bookings and implement Marketing campaigns targeting spot local new accounts via telesales and cold calling and be dedicated to Import LCL.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To hunt e-bookings from internal system (myKN Q&B)
• To follow up quotation by using online feedback form
• To validate new accounts without current field sales owner
• To deploy marketing campaigns for new business followed by cold-calls
• To expand the number of e-commerce customers 
• To maintain a pool of validated new-local-accounts ready to be transferred onto the Field Sales teams.
• To maintain dynamic pricing based on target trade lanes

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate a clear understanding of LCL business challenges and have at least 2 years of experience in sea logistics. You will provide the highest level of service to our customers, and at the same time, leverage your unique network to support business growth. Some business travel is expected.
