职责描述：
? Mechanical Design for new / improved Consumer Electronics products;
消费电子类产品（一般家用电器产品皆可）的结构设计与生产支持；
? Evaluate conceptual alternatives, work out preferred solution for prototype and performance test;
评估概念性可供选择的方案，通过模型制作和性能测试提出更优化解决方案；
? Collaborate with others to meet all technical, time, product performance and commercial criteria.
与各部门合作以满足所有技术、时间、产品性能和商业标准。

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Participate in project feasibility study and design execution on overall product mechanical component and hardware design, material and process choice;
参与项目的技术可行性分析及详细的产品设计，确定合适的材料及工艺；
? Responsible for tolerance analysis for key dimension chains and Design-FMEA for risk evaluation and development of backup solutions;
负责公差分析，产品失效模式分析等；
? Create and release mechanical design drawings, approve Bill-Of-Material and documents for all processes, assembly and testing;
创建并发行结构设计图纸，物料清单，装配文件，测试报告等文档；
? Participate in supplier selection and audit. Provide assistance for supplier improvements and follow progress;
参与供应商选择和审核，对供应商提供技术支持、持续改善等建议；
? Support timely product evaluation and testing, guide subsequent product modification/iteration based on result interpretation/learning, leading to final design conclusion;
支持产品的测试与评价，根据测试结果进行问题分析并解决；
? Work with tooling and component suppliers on validation of design, prototype series and qualification for mass production. Follow tooling development and qualification to solve problems before mass production;
与模具制造商及零部件供应商合作完成零部件认证等工作，跟踪模具研发和质量问题，保证零部件合格进入量产阶段；
? Support running production to assure quality targets and expectations.
对量产品提供及时的技术支持。


任职要求：
1, Good written and oral language skill (English & Chinese);
良好的语言技能（中英文书写和口语）；
2, 至少5+ years work experience for the related products;
相关技术产品设计工作经验5年以上；
3, Positive work attitude, self-motivated;
积极的工作态度，有上进心；
4, Good time management;
良好的自我时间管理；
5, Good Pro/Engineer software application skill for design work;
精通Solidworks或Creo等3D设计软件；
6, Hardworking, Smart, Integrity;
勤劳、聪明、正直；
7, Good interpersonal and communication skill.
良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
8, Coffee machine or electric toothbrush design experience is preferred.
咖啡机或电动牙刷类等小家电产品研发工作经验者优先。
9, Be able to work under pressure.
能承受一定的工作压力。
