岗位职责

1. 在各种操作条件下，对产品进行大量测试，以确保产品符合各项规格要求。例如：
2. 音频参数和声学测量
3. 根据需要，进行功耗和电池寿命测试
4. 可靠性测试
5. 兼容性测试
6. 电磁兼容性、电磁干扰合规测试
7. 对ODM手板产品进行功能测试；
8. 对客户退回的产品进行故障分析；
9. 根据需要，对备用电子部件进行鉴定；
10. 跟进并协助工厂现场解决电子功能问题，确保批量生产按时进行；
11. 验证供应商在线测试的正确性和有效性，以确保我们产品的可靠性；
12. 跟进并审核工厂生产流程，提高工厂的产量和生产能力。

任职资格

教育背景:

◆本科以上学历，电子或相关专业。

◆英语四级以上。

经    验:

·         2年以上的从业经验。

·         熟悉各类耳机，多媒体音箱的模拟和数字电路原理和设计，尤其是音频部分。

·         熟悉音频参数和声学测量方法。

·         有一定的分析及产品可靠测试能力，能熟练使用各种测量工具。

·         能够进行无线测试，例如蓝牙连接稳定性和兼容性测试。

·         拥有EMC和ESD故障排除经验者优先考虑。

·         熟悉音箱或耳机产品的制造工艺。

·         熟悉常用电子零件的特性。

技能技巧:

◆借助工具能熟练地读写英文专业文件。

◆能熟练地操作中英文Windows操作系统和常用的办公软件，如Office等。

◆能使用常见电子测试和设计软件。

◆清晰语言表达能力。          

◆逻辑处理能力：能够将多相并行的事务安排的谨谨有条。

◆观察能力：能根据质量检验数据分析出产品/材料的质量状况及改善情况。

素质:

◆有专业素质。

◆积极主动以及较强的推动、解决问题能力。     

◆独立工作能力强，能独立与供方解决电子方面的问题。

◆能够在压力和紧迫的时间表下完成工作。
