Responsibility

• The Technical Engineering Consultant is responsible for coaching in Requirements Engineering / System Architecture and the sustainable implementation of HELLA’s product development process with focus on systems engineering.


• Responsible to rollout and coach the new Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tool.


• ALM tool is used in all phases of a system. It is used from the first ideas (requirements) over the architecture and testing withing the system’s operating phase.


• Support of classical /agile development and continues improvement process.


• Coaching on System/Software platform projects with an efficient, sustainable and disciplined application of system requirements and architecture.


• Architectures and Requirements Engineering on Product Line Development / Variant Handling / Modular systems


• Generate guidelines for the above-mentioned topics in order to facilitate knowledge transfer


• Gather and distribute inhouse knowledge


• Optimize Requirements Engineering methods


• Managing all activities related to the requirements from inception, supervising as the system is developed and after development


• Highly dedicate to the development process and continues improvement

Requirements

？Technical

？Bachelor of Science in an engineering/quality related field.

？8 years’ experience in Requirements Engineering and Architectural experience with SysML/UML and Autosar, including

？Process and Method Definition

？Roll Out

？Prior experience in implementing RE processes and methods in a development organization

？ASPICE

？Experience in the creation of system specifications

？Requirements-collecting business demand regarding new or changed business processes

？Design-convert requirements in to detailed specifications

？Manage implementation task based on activate methodology as well as implementation

？Preferred Skills
