Main Purpose of the Job:

工作概述：

 

• Design of extrusion- and stretch blow molds according to an article drawing.

  根据图纸设计挤吹模具；

• Modification of existing mold designs.

  改良现有模具的设计；

Main Responsibilities:

主要工作职责：

• Strict compliance with all company and department regulations, safety, standard operation procedures严格遵守公司和部门所有的规章，安全，工艺流程制度

• Follow to the PM order and Mold standard do 3D design of extrusion and stretch blow molds with in quality and in time

  按照包装经理和模具标准的要求按时完成高质量的挤吹模具的3D设计；

• Documentation of the mold design and modification

  模具设计和改良的文件化管理；

• Modification of existing engineering’s and documentations

  改良现有模具的设计和文件；

• Organize engineering kick of meetings with packaging manager

  协同包装经理组织加工项目启动会；

• Engineering Review for assigned project and other projects

  负责项目和其他项目的模具设计审核

• Generate material order sheets, Bom list, all drawings, and Job ticket list

  制作模具设计的原材料清单, 配件清单，所有图纸和工单清单

• Ensure technical clearness with the packaging manager

  负责与项目经理进行的技术澄清；

• Feasibility studies of requests from the packaging management team

  协助帮助完成项目团队的工作要求

• Actively follow supervisor and company’s order do complete the tasks on time and within quality  积极协调和配合其他同事的工作; 准时并高质量的完成公司和上级交代的工作任务

 

Education/Experience:

教育/经验：

• College education or above, major in Mechanical or Engineering related;

  专科及以上学历，模具设计、机械或工程类相关专业

• Experience to use min. 1 CAD/CAM system;

  会熟练使用至少一种CAD/CAM 系统

• CET4 or above

  英语四级及以上

• Quick learner;

  学习能力强

• Familiar with NX ability is an advance

  优先考虑有NX经验

   

技能要求(skills)：

 

• Can work flexible and independently ,and under pressure, Strong responsibility, Team work 工作灵活独立，有责任心的团队合作

   

• Good on-site problem solving .良好的现场问题解决能力;

• Good organizational coordination and communication, time management skills良好的组织协调沟通能力和时间管理能力；

• Familiar with MS Office，excellent CAD and 3D software UG or similar

熟悉 MS Office、出色的 CAD 和 3D 软件 UG 或类似
