We are looking for a Global Branding Assistant for one of the most successful mobile games in the world. You will be part of the Free Fire Global Branding Team that is set up recently to build Free Fire as a global formidable brand. You will take part in defining branding guidelines from scratch, and lead how branding should impact our in-game design, IP and Worldview. You will also collaborate with our core team members in development, operation and a few local markets, and oversee Masterbrand activations in these local markets from end to end.

Role and Responsibility:

1. Lead global Masterbrand development for Free Fire with a focus on in-game branding. Define in-game branding guidelines such as visual and sound identity, to ensure consistency on branding across all in-game elements.

2. Collaborate closely with our development team and provide branding inputs on new game feature, such as game mode, character, costume, sound, UI/UE design, event, etc.

3. Act as the branding key contact to our IP and Worldview team. Contribute ideas and recommendations on integrating branding into the IP stories or Free Fire Worldview.

4. Act as the branding key contact in global team for LATAM and North America markets. Identify brand-building ideas together with the local teams through consumer research or insight mining, and oversee Masterbrand activations from end to end by providing branding inputs.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years working experience in UI/UX, IP or branding in a PC/Console/Mobile game title.

2. Have passion in branding. Experience in branding/IP building is a plus.

3. Familiar with action-game genre and its characteristics. Understand the key development aspects of a game.

4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Good at both writing and verbal communication.

5. Have eyes and ears for beauty, have aesthetic judgements on visuals and sounds, and can express the aesthetic judgements verbally well.

6. Follow popular trends especially popular culture (music, film, fashion, etc.).

7. An effective team worker in collaborating with other team members and drive results. 8. Having international experience is a plus.
