• Set priorities to achieve objectives and record all data related to campaign status and communications；
• 确定实现目标的优先事项，并记录与活动状态和通信相关的所有数据；
• Identify and fulfil customer requirements, regularly inform the customers on campaign status and share information of campaign plan with the customers；
• 确定并满足客户要求，定期告知客户有关活动状态的信息，并与客户分享活动计划的信息；
• Coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of on-boarding process；
• 协调内部资源，完美的建立合作关系的过程；
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures；
• 遵循标准操作程序；
• Supply recurring reporting to customer regarding their campaign performance；
• 向客户提供有关其广告系列效果的定期报告；
• Towards the end of customer contracts, discuss renewal opportunities and work to maintain customer relationship with new contract agreements.
• 在客户合同结束时，与客户讨论续签机会并根据新合同协议维护客户关系。

任职要求：

• Degree/Diploma in business related preferred，sales experience is a plus.
• 本科以上，商务专业优先，有销售经验者优先；

• 2 years Account Management experience, 2 years’ experience in working directly with Customers;

• 2年以上客户管理以及与客户直接沟通的经验；

• Project Management experience preferred, real estate experience preferred;
• 有项目管理和房地产经验的优先；

• Language – Spoken and written Chinese and English skills;

• 语言-熟练的中英文听说读写；

• Software – knowledge in using all Microsoft product, especially Excel. Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus;

• 软件-熟悉使用所有微软产品，特别是Excel，有Salesforce和Tableau经验者优先;

• Communication – Excellent communication skills between internal staff and external customers;

• 沟通-优秀的内部员工与外部客户沟通技巧;

• People Management – working with various stakeholders for different accounts, you will need to provide clear goals and guideline to everyone to ensure everyone on the same track.
