Our Exciting Opportunity are here for you!
Within SDU China Packet Core Domain, we are looking for experienced Support Engineer to provide support towards the global SI project.
You will
- Provide support (including but not limited to) towards global SI projects, MA 5GC Hub, PDU PIDS, Global support organization, etc. Be responsible for the issue handling, trouble shooting and workaround provisioning.
- Provide support towards global SI projects via G-ISC (Global Integration Support Center). Be part of the G-ISC team in SDU Packet Core, aiming to contribute and build a high-performing G-ISC team.
- Have opportunity to participated in rotation and On Job Training with PDU and Global Support organization, develop and adapt into the professional support way of working.
- Direct and closely work with PDU.
- Develop the deep understanding of the products/solutions, be expert on the responsible products.
- Work as a core team to drive for the customer support competence development across the whole SDU PC organization.
- Stay abreast of on new technology/products, keep updating of the knowledge base, and be expertise.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Advanced trouble shooting skill.
- Customer support experience in Core Network.
- Good understanding of Packet Core & 5GC Solutions, network architecture, interfaces and procedures, and good insights on the technology & portfolio evolution.
- Ability to work in high pressure and dynamic environment.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Innovative and solution thinking abilities, open minded and willing to accept challenges.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
