岗位职责( Responsibility):

- Independently complete the operation of EC platform, including but not limited to Tmall Supermarket, Hema, Secoo，Yanxuan and so on.
独立完成电商平台的运营工作，涉及平台包含但不限于猫超、盒马、酒仙网、1919、寺库、网易严选等。

- According to the brand and platform conditions, make targeted promotion plans, and be responsible for the implementation of the plans

结合品牌和平台情况，制定有针对性的促销计划，并且负责计划的落地执行

- Basic operation of the platform, update brand information and products information, store page decoration, etc

平台的基础运营工作，如后台品牌信息和商品信息的维护，店铺的页面装修等工作

- Internal connection with supply chain and finance, able to accurately propose operational requirements, such as stocking requirements.

内部对接供应链和财务，能够准确提出运营需求，如备货需求。

- Data analysis, collation and analysis of historical sales data to provide effective guidance for subsequent operations

数据分析，对历史销售数据进行整理和简单分析，为后续的运营做有效指导

- Complete other work assigned by superior.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格（Requirement）:

- 1 to 2 years of working experience in e-commerce, understand and familiar with EC operation, have basic operation skills, better with Tmall Supermarket and Hema working experience

1~2年的电商工作经验，了解和熟悉电商运营，具备基础运营技能，具有猫超和盒马工作经验的更好

- Sensitive to Numbers, interested in digital analysis, proficient in office;

对数字敏感，对数字分析感兴趣, office熟练应用

- Good teamwork and communication skills, good communication and coordination skills, quick adaptability and good pressure tolerance

有很好的团队协作能力、沟通能力，善于沟通配合,有快速应变能力和良好的耐压性
