· Attend to customer calls/ queries/ complaints and taking of orders

处理客户电话/查询/投诉及订单

· Prepare Purchase Order (PO), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), invoice, GRN and other related documentation as required

准备采购订单，材料安全数据表，发票，入库单等所需要的相关文件

· Process, monitor and follow-up on contracts/ quotations made by the sales team

· 对销售团队的合同/报价进行处理、监控及跟进

· Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, purchasing and sales function to ensure on-time delivery of orders

协调仓库、运输、采购、销售，以确保准时交货

· Perform data entry and update in the SAP system (including change of inventory location, batch number and monitor inventory movement/ level)

数据录入和更新SAP系统（包括库存位置、批号变动以及库存量/级别）

· Monitor delivery of purchase orders and stock inventory. Provide status update on inventory to sales team and/ or Country Manager on regular basis

监督采购订单和库存的交付。定期向销售团队和/或区域经理提供库存情况

· Provide telesales support to the sales team especially on existing customers/ repeat orders on periodical basis

向销售团队提供电话销售支持，特别是对现有的客户/重复的定期订单

· Assist in preparation of shipping documents. Follow-up with shipping vendors, customers and local team on delivery status/ schedule

· Prepare correspondences

· Preparing, photocopying, filing and scanning of documents
