Responsibilities岗位职责：

Directly report to China Financial Controller 汇报对象：中国区财务总监

  

• Act as a key member of the China finance team, cooperating with all levels of China finance, sales and functional teams, liaising tax authorities, external and internal auditors.

  

财务部重要成员，对内跟财务部同事、销售部门和其他部门联系协作，对外联系税务主管部门、内外部审计等。

  

• Check and approve sales orders and delivery notes in ERP system

  审核系统内销售订单和发货单

• Booking of business sales in ERP system

  系统内销售开票入账

• Record receiving and payments in ERP system

  系统内收付款入账

• Handle of recording of import invoices and related taxes, in charge of VAT invoice purchase and issue, and tax related matters

  负责进口发票和相关税金的录入，增值税专项发票的购票和开票，以及其他相关的税务事项

• Inter-company reconciliation within Eirich China

  Eirich China关联公司对账

• Month-end close and year-end close

  月度结账和年度结账工作

                        

• All statistic reports, annual financial statements and CIT filing

  

编制统计报表、财政年报，以及企业所得税汇算清缴工作

  

• Support external and internal audit, implement improvement based on audit suggestion

  

配合内部和外部审计，并根据审计意见实行改进工作

  

• Ad Hoc tasks upon request

Requirements岗位需求：

  

• Bachelor degree with major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• More than 5 years' work experience in similar role, much familiar with CHINA GAAP
• Familiar with U8 ERP system is a must
• Good communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated
• Self-disciplined for learning and growth
• Good command of reading and writing English
• 财务、会计或经济学本科学历
• 超过5年类似岗位经验，非常熟悉中国会计准则
• 熟悉用友U8操作系统或相关ERP软件
• 良好的沟通技巧，能够团队合作，细心、善于自我激励
• 善于学习
• 英语阅读书写良好
