1、 室内设计、建筑学等相关专业
2、有较强的沟通协调能力，具有较强的团队合作精神，对工作有责任心。
3、熟悉道具，商业/零售空间施工工艺，具备独立完成施工深化设计（熟练绘制施工图、节点图、详图等）的能力，能够配合方案设计师完成施工图绘制。
4、熟悉精品店铺门面等施工工艺及方案设计，具备独立完成施工深化设计的能力。
5、具有较强的解决现场问题的能力，善于与施工方沟通，了解材料及预算方面的知识。
6、精通AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX等绘图软件。
7、负责项目施工图制作以及设计交底；
8、对于施工过程中的有关设计问题进行协调、解决；
