o   Cooperate with business channel manager to launch the new channel onboarding process or existing channel renew, extend, modify and terminate process

o   Proactively interview with the channel to obtain the required information and data for the compliance and qualification review

o   Conduct due diligence on the channel and complete the formal due diligence report with the proof of the proper validation procedure done and disclose the findings for business review

o   Facilitate the channel to complete the necessary actions timely including the online training, contract e-signature, etc.

o   Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data input and refresh on the system

o   Support seamless channel onboarding/renewal and ongoing risk control to the business team

o   Interface effectively with industrial business team and upstream/downstream team to articulate the transactional risk, facilitate problem resolution related to system interface and data quality, optimize the process and outcome to meet business requirements

o   Drive the process simplification and digitalization within the daily operation

o   Ensure execution of the Industrial Risk Policy and adherence to established delegation of authorities by the businesses

o   Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager or applicable leadership
