Who we're looking for:

A skilled and highly motivated, English speaking ICT Support Engineer to work with our existing team, providing local and remote support across a multi-site global organisation. Someone with good communication and customer service skills able to communicate with staff members at all levels. You will be able to work well as a team or alone.

This is an exciting job role where you’ll be part of a fast paced, dynamic support team based in Europe and the USA, working for fast growing company offering great career prospects.

Your areas of responsibility will include to;

? Provide day to day support for our Shanghai office and remote working staff in Asia.

? Support of internal hardware and software systems including break/fix, scheduled maintenance, upgrades and systems improvements

? Support our ERP system

? Support the set up and maintain smooth running of e-commerce stores in PR China and Asia

? Support the e-commerce team with local UX review

? Support on gathering e-commerce client requirements

? Liaise with current and new integration partners to facilitate maintenance, updates and new deployments.

? Work with 3rd party providers; ISP, network and IP phone systems.

? Provide local support for training new and existing systems

? Support any Brand Addition customer requirements

? Manage assigned helpdesk tickets

? Work on projects alongside the Group IT Network Manager, Group Business System Manager, and E-Com Team Lead

? Procurement of hardware and software through approved suppliers

? Documentation of processes and procedures, provide reports as and when required by management by the business.

? Communication of any relevant information to internal staff

You will have experience and\or knowledge in the following areas

? Microsoft Windows 7 and above

? Microsoft office 2010 and above

? Microsoft Server 2008 and aboveNetwork Cabling and Patching

? Active Directory User setup and Group Management

? Corporate Anti-Virus Management Packages

? Systems Backup Solutions

? Support of Sage 300 or Equivalent ERP System

? Technical support for e-commerce web shops

? Firewall configuration and troubleshooting

? EDI file structures and typesMicrosoft SQL Server 2016 and above

? Networking protocols including TCP/IP

? Data structing for building and maintaing established queries

? Recognised IT Qualifications

? Project management skills

? Magento 2 support experience

? VoiP Telephone System Support

? Windows Networks

? Group Policy

? Exchange Server 2010 On Premise & Exchange 365 in the Cloud
