工作职责:

1、对生产设备的状态、操作性、安全性和可靠性进行不断优化和改进，保证产品质量和现场安全，提高生产效率。

Take the charge of the operational condition of equipment, continuous improvement on liability and safety condition in order to ensure product quality and efficiency.

2、遵守公司GMP/EHS要求，立和优化相关操作流程，持续改进现场管理，保持环境整洁。

With the optimization of operation procedure, continuous improvement on workshop management and efficiency.

3、参与生产设备的试车、确认工作。

Involve into the commission trial and qualification program.

4、备件管理，确保生产设备的正常状态。

Perform the management of spare parts in order to ensure the reliability of equipment.

5、参与设备的变更管理和偏差调查，执行所要求采取的各类措施。

Involve the change control and deviation investigation, as well as the implementation of all measures.

6、完成工作区域内相应文挡的审核、登记和存档，保证记录的及时、准确和完整。

Documentation management in order for the good practice on recording and filing.

7、有效的部门之间的沟通和合作。

Well-maintain the effective communication and cooperation with other Dept.

8、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

Complete other arrangement by superior.

任职资格:

1.机械、电气或化工自动化等相关专业，中专及以上学历（中专以上学历，八年以上工作经验，大专以上学历，五年以上工作经验，大学以上学历，三年以上工作经验）

2. 熟悉设备维护，有医疗行业工作背景三年以上

3.良好的英语读写能力，计算机良好

4.有团队合作协调能力并能够对他人进行技术分享和培训

5. 熟悉GMP生产设备设施管理要求

6.有书面总结问题、汇总报告及数据分析能力

7.有一定的对内对外的沟通能力
