Summary: Directly reporting to APAC Treasurer, dotted line to China CFO. Primary focus on the China

market, exposures to Asia region. Team member of a global organization with high growth potential.

Working Location: Shanghai

Typical Duties

1. Responsible to prepare, consolidate and analyze of all treasury reports, cashflow forecast and

budget, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and clear understanding of business drivers of actual and

forecasted cash flow.

2. Provide in-depth analytical support to managers to optimize cash management and cashflow

forecast. Work closely with global and China team to solve identified issues and improve reports and

forecasting processes.

3. Participate and contribute to Treasury projects, i.e. bank accounts rationalization, Treasury system

implementation. Global Treasury Policy implementation etc.

4. Support FX Risk management, i.e. FX exposure analysis, central hedging program implementation

etc.

5. Support trade finance activities, i.e. central trade finance program implementation etc.

6. Work with others GBS and finance colleagues to get all treasury related assignments done and to

support routine finance operations.

Qualification Requirement:

1. At least bachelor degree in finance or accounting major; advance degrees, oversea study

experiences or professional qualifications (AIA, ACCA, CFA etc) will be a plus.

2. At least 4-5 years working experiences in treasury related area from a multinational and global

organization is preferred; Big 4 accounting firms’ experiences also will be considered.

3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English (Japanese will be a plus), both in oral

and writing.

4. Solid skill in communication, team work and business mindset for serving customers.

5. Open minded, self-motivated, clear growth intention & potential, Strong mentality and capability to

face challenges and tough situations, and overall execution to deliver results, and to work

independently when required.
