Main responsibilities

- This role will support the local companies in attracting new service logistics opportunities, the bidding process and communication with the customer.

- The role is responsible to guide and support the local companies to implement new logistics service business and to support with the improvement of the operations.

- Active communication with the customer for long-term strategy and the improvements of the existing operation together with the local and cooperate teams.

- Responsible to implement and drive continuous improvement, together with the regional and cooperate support function.

- Active evaluate the operation to ensure the customer satisfaction and the financial result meets the company expectation.

Your qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or a related field along with minimum 10 years of distribution center or warehouse management including value added service such as contract packing, or supply chain management or transportation management.

- Preferably the candidate should have previous experience from a recognized 3PL company.

- Experience from heavy industrial products is an advantage.

Your skills

- Fluent in writing and verbally in Mandarin and English is a requirement

- Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets (MS Office)

- Information system, WMS or TMS

Reporting

The role reports to the Regional Head of Operations unit with a dotted line to the regional and corporate organization.

Location

This role is ideally in Shanghai but can be located at one of Nefab’s regional sites. The role requires extensive travelling.
