PPosition Title: Asia Purchase Order (PO) Coordinator (6 month temporary comtract)

Location: Siffron Shanghai office

siffron, is a multi-material manufacturer of retail display and merchandising solutions in the market in USA. With more than 60 years of retail expertise, siffron has more than 6,000 retail fixtures, store shelving, shelf management systems, and stock displays. Please find more detail in our web site.

We are looking for a Temporary helper for about 6-8 months urgently. Please send your resume and the expected salary to Grace.chu@siffron.com

Position Qualifications:

1. Education level: Associate or degree holder in international trade, purchasing & supply chain management, English or Business
2. PC literate in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
3. Fluent in English and Chinese language. The candidate should pass the 6th grade of CET or have the equal level
4. Experience is a plus in international trading, purchasing and shipping
5. Good knowledge of business systems (MRP, ERP, Min/Max planning).

Fresh graduated students will also be considered. Comprehensive on-job training will be provided for candidate with good potential.

Key Duties:

1. Send PO’s to suppliers in Asia and obtain production/ ship schedule that meets Siffron requirements.
2. Monitor production schedule to ensure timely delivery and notify buyer of any adjustments.
3. Prepare payment request for Asian suppliers and track until wire transfer is complete.
4. Monitor shipment arrangement
5. Shipment info updating to company system.
6. Other duties as assigned.
