1、采购部合同及相关采购文档的管理；

2、进行询价报价、订单处理、跟踪到货、对账、付款等工作；

3、制作各类报表、跟踪采购情况、与供应商对账、发票填写、仓库入库登记等；

4、对供应商交货期、质量进行监督、考核、评价、管理；

5、负责供应商的调查和实地勘察，利用评分制或预定标准来衡量供应商的绩效；

6、解决库存矛盾，处理废弃或过剩的设备与物料，能看懂机械图纸，能使用CAD尤佳；

7、领导交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历，管理类，物流类或机电相关专业；气动执行机构零配件采购经验优先

2、3年以上相关工作经验，1年以上供应链开发相关经验；

3、品行端正，高度的责任心，很强的执行力；

4、对工业用品、五金器材等有足够的了解；熟悉江浙地段机械行业的零配件采购、加工和制造；

5、会驾驶者优先；能够接受出差。
