To ensure overall alignment with Cargotec strategic and financial interests from a statutory and tax perspective and act as a finance partner for local management with overall country financial management responsibility.  To lead the Record to Report team to manage the service delivery of this team according to customers'needs and expectations. To provide supervision and guidance to the ITP and OTC Team lead.

Country Finance Manager /CFM

• First point of contact in local country tax, statutory, audit and financial risk management related matters 
• Ensuring implementation and compliance of Code of Conduct, Cargotec and Business Area finance policies and instructions and related internal controls
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations relating to statutory & tax compliance matters
• Coordinating tax and statutory filings from country perspective
• Supporting CBS on timely, accurate and transparent IFRS reporting to group
• Cooperating with Cargotec Business Services (CBS) in finance services related areas including deployment of harmonized financial accounting and control procedures and processes
• Responsible for financial risk management, liquidity and financing of the companies together with Cargotec Treasury and Cargotec Tax
• Supporting effective risk management together with Cargotec Risk Management 
• Advising local management in finance related questions
• Coordination and calculations of Cargotec internal cost allocations between legal entities & reporting units
• Different administrative tasks (different agreements, power of attorneys, coordination of insurances/leases etc if required) 
• Participation and support in M&A projects
• Participating in general country management processes 
• Supporting Group Treasury with Treasury tasks
• CBS Finance
• Lead & develop a team for RTR; represent team interest in management forums and provide oversight for the OTC and ITP team).
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities; implement improvement programmes when necessary
• Receive and resolve employee inquiries from first line specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required and escalate if required
• Provide improvement ideas for RTR, OTC and ITP processes to the CBS Solution and Process Owners
• Provide timely and accurate reporting per agreed reporting schedule
• 1st escalation point for process-related issues
• Be part of building up the RTR, OTC and ITP area in the CBS in close cooperation with the project team 
• Participate in transition activities when applicable
• All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines and legal requirements

Education

• Minimum bachelor degree in finance or business  

Experience

• + 8-10 years of experience of which 4-5 years in a supervisory role (preferably from a Shared Services/BPO environment and have good knowledge of IFRS andlocal statutory and tax compliance requirements  )
• Competencies
• Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese
• Organization and coordination skills accompanied with excellent prioritization skills 
• Willingness to improve current ways of working, tools, methods and processes. Ability to drive and execute change. 
• Good communication skills and willingness to communicate and coordinate with different stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Cargotec’s global financial systems (ONE SAP, HFM)
• Knowledge of at least one of Cargotec’s Business Areas (Kalmar, Hiab, MacGregor), knowledge of other BAs is seen as an advantage. 
• Knowledge of Chinese local statutory and tax regulations
• Flexibility and travelling required 
• Strong experience in operations in the SSC area
• Good understanding of internal controls & risk management
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Knowledge about RPA, ERP/Cloud solutions
