1 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job description includes, but is not limited to the below tasks:

· To provide accountant counsel in support of various projects executed by sim, including but not limited to:

· support the customer to implement accounting, reporting and controlling system in order to meet requirements from customers and comply with PRC regulations.

· coach the accountant and financial manager for daily accounting practices and preparation of various reporting

· act as interface between the China company and the investing company for finance/tax/accounting issues and troubleshooting

· provide solutions to improve accuracy of accounting and data collection practices with recommendation

· External audits assistant

· ensure surveillance of the finances and make sure that the China Company is fully legal

· Prepare all the financial reports, such as Budget, Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow and present it to the top management with proposal.
