Job Description:

1.      Responsible for pre-selling & after-sales of standard product projects in China;

2.      Coordination & buildup of a service & application team to support above activities;

3.      Daily job & service project management

4.      Profound technical & application knowledge in automation and IPTE standard product portfolio;

5.      Sales knowledge and networking capability to decision makers;

6.      Fluent in English. Good communication and negation skills;

7.      Team player;

8.      Other business activities support related assignments;

9.      Other works assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor of Science degree or above in mechanical/electrical/automation;

2.      Relevant working experience with industrial automation applications (mechanical, electrical, SW, PLC(Siemens, Omron, AB, Rexroth Opcon ));

3.      At least 8 years proven practical experience in the automation industrial;

4.      Good communication skills with customer and also co-worker;

5.      Honest, highly responsible, professional and self-initiative, able to work under pressure;

6.      Good oral and written English;

7.      Willing to travel frequently.

8.      Creates benefits arguments clearly related to customer needs customer needs Constructively challenges customers

9.      Reads the customer, differentiates needs from tactics. Does not surrender the ground too easily
