概观

The IT Support Tech will work within the Global IT group while supporting Infrastructure/Digital projects and maintenance in the Asia-Pacific region with primary focus on China. This role will align with overall IT Management teams, IT Project teams and IT Support teams.

职责

40% IT business partnership and providing IT services/support to business teams in Greater China (China Mainland, and Taiwan) region

30% Execute IT Infrastructure Maintenance and upkeep activities in primarily in Greater China region and supporting APAC region in general

30% Execute IT Digital and Infrastructure Projects by participating in a variety of activities and supporting global projects in Asia Pacific region.

资格

Education:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

 

Skill:

- Communicate and coordinate with all internal and external parties on IT Infrastructure/Digital Design, Post go-live Support Definition, Operation Acceptance, etc.

- Oversee Infrastructure and Digital projects according to business plan to meet the milestones in schedule, cost and quality.

- Work with Global IT Teams to plan and ensure new system support readiness.

- Involve in new IT digital projects and perform like a SME. Act as a Technical Advisor with businesses, internal teams, supplier partners, end-users, and solution providers to ensure processes and tools
